Vice President of STDB Inc. and Director of CCIMREDEX operations

DALLAS, TX - Todd Kuhlmann, CCIM, a commercial real estate professional with more than 15 years experience, was appointed Vice President of STDB Inc. and Director of CCIMREDEX operations, a single-entry property exchange data platform currently under development by CCIM Institute.
The announcement was made by Jay R. Lucas, CCIM, President of STDB Inc. Kuhlmann, 38, is a long-time CCIM Institute volunteer leader and a current member of the Institute's Instructor cadre. STDB Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCIM Institute. STDB Inc. operates the Site to Do Business and will launch the CCIMREDEX platform in the 4th quarter of 2009. CCIM Institute is a leading commercial real estate association and the governing body of the largest commercial broker network in the world. "More than 23,000 commercial real estate professionals currently use STDB Inc services, including members of the CCIM Institute," Lucas said. "As we expand the STDB Inc. services to include CCIMREDEX, we need an experienced person like Todd to provide direction to help commercial real estate professionals become better professionals and serve the industry. CCIMREDEX will be a cutting edge data exchange platform used as a central repository for property data, attachments, and images. Property data entered into CCIMREDEX can be electronically pushed to a variety of market applications without the need for the user to re-enter the data in other platforms. Once launched, CCIMREDEX applications will be integrated into local, regional, and national listing services, marketing products and services, contact management systems, analytical services, financial services, and other geographic information systems (GIS) products.
