Monday, June 22, 2009 Michael Lateur is a Vice President in the Austin office of Duff & Phelps, LLC and is part of the Property Tax Practice. He is responsible for the management and execution of property tax consulting engagements on a nationwide basis for owners of commercial and complex personal property. His experience includes valuation appeals, negotiations, pre/post acquisition due diligence, litigation support, personalproperty compliance and property tax exemptions. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Michael was a Senior Consultant with Thomson Tax and Accounting, and Deloitte & Touche (PTS group acquired by Thomson in October 2007).
