Long seen as a vacation spot, shopping destination or a great place for a college education close to home, Texas is changing in the minds of many international investors from Mexico.
As the CCIM Liaison to Mexico, Ricardo Rubiano, CCIM deals with these investors almost exclusively. Whether its non-producing as a bank foreclosure or stabilized and income-producing- Mexican Nationals are developing an appetite for commercial real estate in Texas.
