"Mexican Nationals Investing In Texas Commerical Real Estate"

Speaker: Ricardo Rubiano, CCIM

With the insecurity south of the Border, Mexican Nationals are now more than ever traveling to the United States with one goal in mind: long-term investment. Long seen as a vacation spot, shopping destination or a great place for a college education close to home, Texas is changing in the minds of many international investors from Mexico.

As the CCIM Liaison to Mexico, Ricardo Rubiano, CCIM deals with these investors almost exclusively. Whether its non-producing as a bank foreclosure or stabilized and income-producing- Mexican Nationals are developing an appetite for commercial real estate in Texas.

Texas is quickly becoming a safe haven for their families and for their long-term investments. Come spend a few minutes with the CCIM liaison to Mexico as he discusses recent transactions, deals and ways to work with this expanding group of CRE investors.
