This three hour morning session will consist of an overview of CCIMREDEX, including:
1.Using Technology to enhance commercial real estate analysis, communication and presentation - 3 hours
• Introductions and Getting Started
• Identify technology tools. Logging in and navigating the sites
• Details on how to use technology for transactional (for sale/for lease) and non-transactional properties
• Technology benefits for agents and brokers, buyers and sellers, owners and managers
• Enter, Edit and Publish a Property
• Obtain demographic reports
• Create PDF flyers and proposals
• Create a Flash Website and eBook
• Set up a RSS feed to be informed of new properties
• Electronically submit transactional records to third party listing services and syndication sites
• Manage your records and mapping to other listing services
** Computers will not be needed for this overview session (laptops are needed for the afternoon session)

Registration deadline is March 26th, 2010 @ 12:00 pm (noon). We will also accept walk-in's on a limited basis.
Cost is $30 for Members and $45 for guests/non-members. Receive discount if you take both the morning and afternoon sessions for $50 members & $75 for non-members.
