CCIM Deal Making Award Winners
Wednesday, March 19, 2008 By: Amy Ables We are pleased to announce the following members are the winners of the first annual CCIM Deal Making Awards: A. Scott Rosales, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis Received the "Austintatious Award" for the largest transaction completed by a CCIM or Candidate member. Scott completed a deal with another chapter member Pat Jones of Apartment Realty Advisors on a Multi-Family property. Eric Layne, CCIM of LH Layne Co Received the "Keepin It Weird Award" for the transaction that took the longest to complete. Eric completed a deal with Teri Seiler of SiteSource USA that took 20 months to complete. Richard Janson, CCIM of JaNar, Inc Received the "CCIM Connection Award" for completing the most deals with another chapter member. Richard completed deals with; Paul Joseph, CCIM, Diana Zuniga, CCIM and Bill Oates, CCIM. Each winner received a marble & granite plaque with their name engraved in gold.
