Annie Hilton, CCIM

Annie Hilton is currently employed at Duff and Phelps LLC as a Vice President in the Property Tax Consulting Group. She has experience in many aspects of real estate property taxation and appraisal analysis including Assessment Appeals Board representation, litigation support and real estate valuation. She is experienced in many property types including apartments, offices, industrial buildings, and all types of retail properties. Before joining Duff and Phelps, LLC, Annie spent two years with Deloitte Tax, LLP where she was a Senior Consultant in the Commercial Real Estate Group. She focused on reducing the tax appraisals of office, apartment, retail, and industrial properties using appraisal and uniform and equal techniques. Annie has expertise in the Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and El Paso markets. Annie has a Master in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Texas A&M University. |
